NYC Day 4

We started our morning with breakfast at Ellen's Stardust Diner.  This place is SO fun!
Aspiring Broadway performers sing and dance as well as serve eggs and coffee.  We had a blast!
And the singing is blow your mind amazing!

We had tried to eat here for dinner when we first arrived and the line was literally four blocks long.  I chirped happily that we could wait but my family out voted me and refused to wait.  But they were right, we went for breakfast and got right in.
Then we headed to Central Park to play and explore and it was the most perfect day!
The kids spent a lot of time playing on the famous Alice in Wonderland statue and Stephen and I spent a lot of time sitting on a park bench watching them, smiling and saying, this is so nice.

It gets harder to find activities that all three kids are interested in but Central Park nailed it.  All three of the kids played, explored and had so much fun together.  And nothing makes mommy and daddy smile more than when our three kiddos have fun together.
This is probably why Amelia, Luke and Addison all listed Central Park as one of the top three things we did in New York.

We explored Belvidere Castle.

The colors were still really beautiful in the park.

Stephen and I definitely wanted to see The Met.  Seeing priceless works of art was fabulous...for us.
The kids lasted about an hour, so it was more of a drive by of priceless art.

There were certain parts of The Met that each kid enjoyed.  Luke of course loved the armor section.
I am guessing it was called something fancier than that but I don't remember.

This Christmas tree was gorgeous.  It had a beautiful nativity in front and the tree was covered in angel ornaments.

The kids chose to go back to playing in Central Park after The Met.  So we played again until the sun went down.
Overall, we spent about four to five hours playing in Central Park and walked all over so we could see different areas but we still only covered a small portion of it!

After Central Park and dinner, we decided to go see the Macy's Christmas windows.

The windows were so fun!
The pictures are not great, but the memories of looking at the windows with my kids was magical.

Another jam packed fun day in NYC with our loves!
