To end the summer out, Amelia and Luke played on their respective Team Tennis teams in Jackson, MS.

Because really, you aren't serious about tennis unless you can play all day long in 100 degree heat and 99% humidity.

This is the kid's favorite part.  Playing four square while they wait to play.  

Well, this and swimming at the hotel pool and going out to eat together.

 

And this is what they do with hours of rain delays.

Luke's team once again made it to the championships and took home second place.  

We were so proud of them!

Happy 14th Birthday Amelia!!

 

Amelia turned 14 while away at Church Youth Group camp.  The girls sure made her feel so special though.  They surprised her by decorating the bunk room and showering her with presents and surprises all day.  

 

 

When Amelia did return home, she got to celebrate again with us!  Happy 14th Birthday and 5 days Amelia Grace!

 

Books are still Amelia's happy place.

Then, a few days later it was more celebration with a giant pool party with all of her friends!
