In our family, a favorite Christmas tradition is attending the Christmas parade...coastal style. We head out on our boat to watch a giant parade of boats all decked out with Christmas lights, Santa Clause and blaring Christmas music.

We tie up boats with some friends so the kids can "boat hop" to enjoy the parade and the fireworks after the parade. More importantly to see which boat contains better snacks and treats. Although I think our boat won with Grandpa Steve's pumpkin bars.
