Global Wildlife Center

This is one of my absolute FAVORITE places to take the kids.
The Global Wildlife Center is a sanctuary for hundreds of animals and you can get up close and feed and interact with them in the most incredible way.
It is a great family memory to belly laugh with all five of us during this whole excursion, it is just so fun and unique.

We had our jeep and we were ready with a giant sack of feed!
The animals wasted no time and of course Addison has no fear and wants to hug on all the animals, even the ginormous cows and bulls!

Luke actually loved Winston the cow but Luke is a little more hesitant with the animals...smart boy.

And then there is Addison...
"I love you so much, I will name you Gruffy."

This GIANT bison enjoyed selfies, oh my gosh, we were dying laughing.
He was trying to get in the jeep with us, he really did love us.

Sometimes, they get a little too personal and you get a photo like this!
I think he had just blown a giant snot ball on me.

What?
Your family doesn't go cheek to cheek with Bison?

I just love Luke's expressions versus the girls who literally cannot get enough.
He likes it but is also kind of grossed out.

We also love the Alpacas and llamas.
Meet Colt, he is a llama who LOVED us!
This sanctuary is gigantic, so many hundreds of acres but no matter where we would go, Colt would reappear!

Colt and Amelia

Colt and Mommy.

Colt and Daddy selfie, lol.
Here we are feeding the camels, Clyde and Camille.

Who also can get a little grabby, but so sweet.
Colt also showed up here but the camels shooed him away.

Luke not wanting to get quite as up close and personal as Clyde wants to get.

Zebras!

More Alpacas!

The Camels making me fight for my life.
Also, if you look behind me, there are deer and all sorts of other creatures that we also get to feed.

Here we are pulling up to the giraffes but look who found us!
Hi Colt!

The giraffes are magnificent.
I am in awe by them and I could watch them all day.
This is why we splurge for the private jeep tour because we get to spend as much time as we want with the animals that we enjoy.

They are so majestic in how they move, and so gentle.  They will eat right out of your hand.

Gorgeous!
And they are so incredibly soft.

Although not pictured, they also had two baby giraffe who also let us feed them.
 So sweet.

Well, hello again Colt.

Me yelling at Colt to quit hogging all of the feed.

It was spring so new baby deer were all around, this one was a few days old but we also got to see a brand new baby with his momma, just a few hours old.

I had to end with the giraffes again because they are so amazing.
We all had favorites, Stephen and Addison for sure loved the Bison, Buffalo the best.
I love the giraffes, Amelia loves every animal and Luke loved Winston the cow.
Best family day ever.
And if this wasn't enough pictures, I have about 400 more :)
