There it is!  

The best street ever!

 

We were some of the first folks in the gate so Stephen and Luke ran to the best spot in the bleachers in left field :)

Addison loved the game...and the ice cream...and the teddy bear...and the lemon ice...and the hot dog...

 

Stephen and Luke painted this banner in Mississippi and brought it all the way to Wrigley Field!

Super cute, you can see Luke at the top holding it and Addison on the bottom corner.

 

Addison snagged a ball!

She is nothing if not scrappy.

A bunch of kids were at the fence when they threw it up and it bounced off a kid's glove, then the bleachers, then the ground and they all scrambled but guess who came up with it?

 

They even put this shot of Addison up on the jumbotron! 

Pretty good first Cubbies game experience.  

 

A few innings later and Luke caught a ball!

Daddy found a great spot for us to sit :)

The game was super fun, Cubs WIN in the 10th inning!

 

Our kids were able to run the bases (well, Luke and Addison).  

There they are, Addison between 2nd and 3rd, Luke right behind her.

 

This is where I started to get nervous.  Oh no, Luke is catching up to Addison, she is probably going to start yelling at him...

 

This is where he passed her up and I was certain she was going to either start screaming at him, punch him as he went by or trip him, or even all three.

But they both made it to home plate without incident so then I started to breathe again.  I was sure my kids were going to be on SportsCenter having a brawl at third base at Wrigley Field.

Great game, great day!
