We gathered the kids in one place long enough to take a family vacation to Destin, Florida.
We always have an amazing but exhausting time enjoying the beautiful beaches.
These three barely stop for a breath once they get a boogie board in their hands.
ALL.DAY.LONG.
The only time we can get them to take a break was to grab a drink or snack.
I love the beach!!
Paddleball!
Another day, more boogie boarding!
We finally conquered Addison.
Amelia and Luke were still riding the waves but do you see that little hat and towel on the float?
That is Addison, all tuckered out.
Our loves.
One of our days we rented a pontoon boat to take it out to "Crab Island." It is really not an island but a sand bar you can anchor your boat on and it is like a little floating city of fun. Their are all sorts of vendors out there on boats-selling drinks, hot dogs, snow cones, ice cream, you name it and someone is floating by selling it. It is beautiful, clear water and it was so much fun!
On our way to Crab Island!
Oh, and there is also this thing!
Which of course the kids loved and you do not want to know what we spent for three kids to jump around on this for an hour but why not?
They are only young once.
This is them telling us how awesome we are for buying them wristbands.
This is how I spent the hour while they jumped. I floated from obstacle to obstacle saying,"Oh year, that is awesome!"
The blob!!
That was Luke bouncing Amelia. I do not have a picture but what happened next was epic. A gentleman weighing at least 300 pounds said to Luke, "You want me to bop you?" Of course Luke was like, "YEAH!!!"
So there goes my only son to the end of the blob and this guy jumps as high as he can and lands and I am telling you Luke went up in the air like 30 feet.
He had so much hang time.
Thank goodness he is a good athlete and has done this before so he knew how to keep upright and land on his feet but it was hilarious!
Everyone was dying laughing and cheering and clapping.
So funny.
Enjoying the pontoon and the beautiful water.
This is how Luke and Addison spent most of their day. Underwater with their goggles finding pretty shells.
We had so much fun letting the current float us around and swimming. That's Amelia underneath the water!
Once again, we tuckered Addison out.
Pretty Amelia enjoying her boat ride.
Bye Destin!
We had so much fun!
